The '&lt;STRONG&gt;sorry, we can’t get your account details right now’ &lt;/STRONG&gt;error normally means there isn't an active BT Sport service associated with the BT ID, to get this fixed you'll need to get in touch with EE.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT ID not being recognised</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have a BT sport add on through EE which I signed up for a while ago but recently I haven’t been able to access my account and every time I try to log in I get ‘sorry, we can’t get your account details right now’. I try to reset the password and this works so it recognises I have an account as I get a reset link but doesn’t let me log in or create a new account. Please can someone assist me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
