The app is only available from within the UK if you have a VPN or other type of software on your device that masks your IP address you'll need to disable it before opening the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Are you able to try any other network? E.g. over mobile data? If not, reboot your router to get a new IP address and try again.</description>
