    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am receiving the following error when attempting to view BT Sport on my Apple TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have three accounts under my email address, it appears that the app may be using the incorrect one? These are my broadband account, an old EE free bt sport app and a newly added EE account which is the one that has the entitlement to BT Sport Ultimate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;“To access the BT Sport app on this device you’ll need to upgrade your account, for more info on how to do this visit &lt;A href="http://EE.co.uk/she-ee" target="_blank"&gt;http://EE.co.uk/why-ee/bt-sport.”&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;as you are an EE customer then you need to contact EE to sort it out as the link you posted suggested&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'd recommend you try following the instructions at bt.com/help/id003 where you can usually self-serve fix this issue.</description>
