Why cant I watch a BT box office rental on sky the day after????????????????

I purchased the UFC Mcgregor vs Poirier last night. Watched the first fight and fell asleep. Ive gone to watch it this morning and I cant find a way to watch it on sky. I can see the event it says I have it rented but when I click it it just takes me to a page saying it will be aired at 12pm.

I cant click on anything to watch now. I go to 490 which is the box office channel and see it scheduled for 12pm. I click record on it and it takes me back to the rentals page. I click record and it then takes me to where it shows it on at 12pm and doesnt allow me to record.

Ive paid £20 and I cant watch it when i want or watch the specific fight I want. So from what i can gather I can either watch it at 5am live or sit throught the full 3 hour event at 12pm to watch the 1 fight I want? already know the result now and watched the highlights on youtube. Its actually a joke.

How do I get my money back????
