    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do I keep getting ID153 error code on my BT sport App which is on my PS4. All my login details are correct and password is correct. This has now being doing this for the past 3 days without anybody from BT coming up with an answer to the problem.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do I keep getting ID153 error code on my BT sport App which is on my PS4. All my login details are correct and password is correct. This has now being doing this for the past 3 days without anybody from BT coming up with an answer to the problem.       <description>ID153 means the same as ID003 - we can't find a valid BT Sport subscription on your profile.  Check out the instructions at &lt;A href="http://www.bt.com/help/id003" target="_blank"&gt;www.bt.com/help/id003&lt;/A&gt; to make sure the BT ID you're trying to use is correctly associated with an account that has an active BT Sport subscription - and for PS4, you need to ensure the subscription allows large screen access (e.g. if you're an EE customer, you need the large screen add on).</description>
