It should help you correctly associate your EE subscription with your BT ID.</description>

      <description>Resetting your password wouldn't cause ID003 error &lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/287404"&gt;@allyjaay&lt;/a&gt; - it specifically means we can't find an active subscription on your BT ID.&lt;BR /&gt;Please send me a DM with the BT ID you're trying to use, and I'll check it out.</description>
