    <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking for help in sorting out a login issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have BT Sport through EE and the big screen add on. Never had an issue with it before but tried to login last night and now getting the ID106 error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried on a firestick and getting ID153 error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried all usual steps, delete/reinstall, clear cache etc but nothing working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have a look at &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/offers-and-services/bt-sport-entertainment-packs/how-do-i-fix-bt-sport-error-code-id003-or-other-error-codes" target="_self"&gt;How To Fix BT Sport Errors on EE&lt;/A&gt; and if you are still unable to resolve you will need to contact EE directly for help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Very strange &lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/287447"&gt;@CablesA&lt;/a&gt; - ID106 means a security problem with the account (e.g. it's locked out), whereas ID153 means we can't find a subscription on the account. I would expect to see the same error reported in both apps.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks both.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll get on to EE today and see if they can sort.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently ended one contract with them but the 2nd contract I have and the one that's linked to BT is still live.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
