How to remove old BT Accounts?

Hello,

I recently got BT sport through my EE phone plan and signed up accordingly. However I also had BT internet/tv in and old flat a few years ago and the BT ID email is the same, whilst the accounts are different I can't watch sports on anything apart from my phone.

When I'm on my laptop I can swap between the accounts and it shows I have BT sports but when I go to stream BT sports it says I don't have it?
