How is this NOT a BT copyright infringement???

The biggest Croatian online news portal xxxxxx is constantly linking to goal highlights streamed from BT sport.

To see such example check xxxxxxxxxxxx and click on two links within the text:

Please let me know if you guys from BT are going to do something about this or not.

If this is legal I'm thinking of opening my own football highlights portal.
