      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know many people have posted before regarding the matter, but i cant find any other way to resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't log into the BT sport app even though i have just renewed my contract where it allows me access to BT sport for mobile and it is coming up with the ID003 error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am the account holder, when i go to my products it asks me to add BT sport and then says i have to pay for the package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
