BT Sports app

Hi all

I'm a phone, mobile and broadband customer. I use the bt sports app on my iPhone and iPad and used to use it on my TV through my android box. I tried to watch the football yesterday and it wouldn't allow me to log in.

any ideas?

What error code is shown when you try to log in?

It just says

access to the BT sports app on this device is not available with your BT mobile subscription

but I have in the past.

@MarkB71 if you have access to BT Sport as part of your mobile subscription, it's only allows small screen access. It was allowing access on large screens but this was an error and the loophole has now been closed.
