    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Darren. I didn't, but I restarted it a couple of days ago and just checked BTSU is now working. Not sure if it's just a coincidence as the rest of my internet based services were unaffected and my speeds were healthy, but thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>IPC6023 error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am getting an IPC6023 error when trying to view any BT Sport channel (including SD). Initially this was only happening on 4k but I noticed today it started happening on HD and then tested with the same issue on SD. I am fibre to the home and checked speed of 120mbps just now. I trieste resetting router and box to no avail. Box is connected directly to the router. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
