      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time going to an ad break or returning form an ad break the stream crashes with "Sorry - there's a problem" and you have to reload the stream.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Sport app latest version on Sony TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Known issue I'm afraid &lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/287878"&gt;@Dawson&lt;/a&gt; - some devices just don't handle the transition between surround sound and the stereo ads.&lt;BR /&gt;We're working on it and will get a fix out there as soon as we can.</description>

      <description>Hmmm interesting. I can't think of any changes in the recent update that would make it more or less likely to happen, but I'll check logs to see if we see any change in the numbers. Thanks.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just been watching the match myself and reproduced this error with full logging enabled - this should hopefully be the key to finally getting a fix for it! I'll update here when I know more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
