&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the problems you've been having getting set up on the BT Sport monthly pass.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate the time that you spent on the phone trying to get this sorted out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is everything resolved now and are you able to watch the BT Sport content?&amp;nbsp; If you're still having problems post back and we will give you a hand from here.&lt;/P&gt;
