Login bt sport mobile

Hi, I have reset my password as I am told my user name and/or login is incorrect, it’s not, I can log into my bt with my details but not bt sport app at all?

What error code do you see when you try to log into the app? My guess would be ID003, in which case follow the instructions shown and go to www.bt.com/help/id003

Error code is id001

The BT ID you're trying to use doesn't exist Rod - I don't see how it could even be possible that you could log into MyBT with it. Is there a typo somewhere?

No as I was logged in yesterday morning watching fine, that is the email address I have had since with bt

I will try however when I go to mybt app and login j just get taken straight to webmail

Yes I will send that however I checked that this morning via the app which said ‘no known problems in area’, my router is working ok aswell
