If the box is connected directly to the hub via ethernet, check your connections. If they're fine, try another cable. If it's the same, try another device via an ethernet connection. These checks will help figure out if it's the cables, the box etc that are faulty

BT sport on youview box no longer works, just get the message saying it's not connected to the internet and possibly needs the hub restarting, which I have done, used to work fine but just randomly stops, definitely internet connection as all the apps work.

This is connected via ethernet directly into the box, like I say, it is literally just the bt sports channels that don't work, everything else works fine, all the apps etc. Can watch bt sport on the app on other devices, just not on the youview box.
