BT Sport Enhanced and Standard PC browser players failing for European football.

I am having the same issue as Othello in this thread last month.

Am trying to use the Enhanced player to watch both the currently live Arsenal and Man U. matches simultaneously however getting the error:

“This video is not working or not available in your region”

When trying the standard player I get the error:

“VC526:Sorry - there's a problem. Please check you're connected to the internet and refresh the page.”

Works ok on the desktop app and works on the BT TV desktop box but neither have the additional functionality and I can only flick between the games. I wouldn’t exactly be popular if I were to hog both the PC and TV. I can play a replay of a previous match in the enhanced player but it’s unlikely that I can avoid the result until it’s available.

If a resolution is supplied by the 3rd party responsible, then I would also like to be informed.
