VC088 Not supported browser

I keep getting the same not supported browser error when trying to watch BT sport online. I have tried on Chrome, Internet explorer and Firefox. Anyone sorted this??

VC088 error refers to Microsoft Silverlight, the plugin that is used to play the content.

Confused by your comment @Les-Gibson ? BT Sport doesn't use Silverlight - that's BT TV.

Is your issue resolved @matre123 ? The one thing that springs to mind - are you trying to watch on sport.bt.com? The old site shouldn't still be accessible, but people still seem to find ways to it and none of it works anymore. The current site is www.bt.com/sport
