      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My order summary (including BT Sport Pack on Sky) says that whilst waiting for installation I can watch BTSport online.&amp;nbsp; Except I can't access it via the BT Sports app on an LG TV.&amp;nbsp; I get an ID106 error when I enter log in details.&amp;nbsp; I've uninstalled the app, changed the the password, shouted etc...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Also attempting to log on to BTSport website - apparently I need to upgrade the package - I don't understand this either, as I thought I had the top package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cursory google-fu suggests answers are hidden behind DM - Can't see how to activate this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smiling politely&lt;/P&gt;</description>
