BT BOX failing to record Bt Sport programmes

I am livid about this

For sixty years I have supported the team that won the FA Trophy yesterday.

i was away so put it on to record on BT Sport 1 hd

It did not record and I have tried to record programmes today as a check and BT Sport channels are recording.

On the recordings list for the Trophy final it just states ‘Failed to Record.’

So thanks for the new firmware or whatever else has messed up my You view box (again!)

I used to love BT but this and other recent experiences are making me wonder!
