BT Sport notifications on my mobile STOP!!!!!!

Is there a way to stop the hideous annoying notifications on my mobile, like I have been getting before and during the match today.

I don't want them, I just want to stop them for ever and ever!

Yep. In the app, select the More tab, then Push Notifications. Untick "Best of BT Sport".

There should also be a Notifications option in your phone's settings where you can manage which apps are allowed to issue notifications. It is one of the things I look at whenever I install a new app - my default tendency is to bar all notifications.

Thank you. So simple. Marketing notifications were off but somehow the "Sport" one was on. The annoying ones only started arriving recently, so not sure if this was an update or devine intervention...but sanity has been restored.
