This happens as part of purchasing an event.<BR />There'd be nothing to see in the app before the event anyway. My bt box office app is in my name and I've just changed my tablet so I was just trying to set up the app on my new device but noticed I couldn't sign in and keeps locking me out. Am I to take it as I can't log in until the event is live then?
