can you help i have the latest browser but I'm still getting this error code VC089:In order to get the best experience on BT Sport, please upgrade your browser to the latest version.

there s no support for it

first it was chrome but then I tried firefox and it was the same issue

I've asked the lead dev for that app to see if he has any ideas.
One thought from me - are you using any products that could be manipulating what the site sees your browser as? Any browser extensions? Or privacy products?

This forum shows that you're using Chrome v84 on a Mac to post these messages - BT Sport needs a minimum of v89. Are you able to update?

IM GETTING EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM

IVE TRIED ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING TO CORRECT THIS

UPDATE AFTER UPDATE AFTER BROWSER AFTER BROWSER

ACCORDING TO TECH SUPPORT THIS CODE DOESNT EXIST!!

REALLY ANNOYED AS IVE JUST SIGNED UP FOR BT BROADBAND/BT TV/NOW TV(FOR SKY SPORTS) FULL PACKAGE FOR FOOTY FOR £74 A MONTH!!!!

IVE BEEN MESSING ABOUT SINCE 10AM TRYING TO WATCH MAN UTD GAME

WHICH SOUNDS (ON THE FFFING RADIO!) LIKE ITS GAME OF THE SEASON ALREADY

REALLY REALLY NOT HAPPY 😞

RUNNING LATEST VERSION OF SAFARI AND FIREFOX

Why not simply download the Windows app from the Microsoft Store? It's free to use if you have a subscription and logon.

There is an Apple version as I used to use it for Apple TV.

so BT asumes all its customers use windows/ android devices????

you couldn't make this up

£74 a month and i can't even watch on either of my Macbook pros

Sorry Darren. I wasn't aware of this as used to use the Apple TV box. Perhaps that could be connected to the TV or computer in some way.

Agreed. Mine is also version 91. Firefox has undergone an incredible amount of changes this last year or so.

well, i guess I'm buggered then,

i just updated firefox to latest version available, it won't let me update to 9.1

and what about safari ?
