      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted BT on the 14th Aug with the issue of ID003 when I try to sign in to the bt sport app. I signed up for bt sport through EE went through all the set up fine which said it will take 24 hours but have not been able to sign in for a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can sign in on my bt account online fine but it says I have no products at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told a webform with the issue was sent but still have no resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be great.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
