BT Sport app login ID003 error

Hi ,

I paid for a monthly pass today using my old username and account but I no longer have BT landline or broadband. But the app says I need one to log in... please help I've just spend £25 to watch Premier league but seems a waste of money.

The app shouldn't ever say you need BT Broadband or a landline to log in, but you do need an account.
Try logging into www.bt.com/mybt and confirm that your BT Sport monthly pass is showing as active.

I definately have an active monthly pass since I can watch from the BT sport website. But the app is unable to find an active subscription.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it too.

Can you watch the BT Sport live channels on the web? The clips don't need a subscription, so they can often cause confusion.
If you can watch live BT Sport on web then please send me a DM - there will have been an issue with your account not replicating around all our systems, which will need manual resolution.
