Roku no 4K Ultimate- why?

Last night could not get any of my 4K Roku devices to connect to BT Sport 4K stream to watch UEFA Champions league football. Code GE001 kept coming up and stating I need to restart the app. I could watch the Chelsea match in HD but not 4K Ultimate as I normally can.

Restarted Roku devices but no joy.

I tried an Apple TV 4K and 4K Ultimate stream worked straight away.

Just wondering if anyone else had this issue and if any solution was found?
