The Enhanced Video not working. Come on BT, sort it out !!

The button is there for Enhanced Video but the screen just refreshes.

Enhanced player is currently unavailable on web due to content issues. We can't remove the button, so it just redirects to the standard player for now.

Enhanced player is available on the mobile apps as normal.

We'll restore service on the web as soon as possible - hopefully later this month.

I know it's available on the mobile apps but the Enhanced Video controls are way too small on phones and iPads. You need to use a web browser to use it properly via a mouse, in my opinion.

This had been an issue for about a month now.

I'm looking forward to this getting fixed as I'm a big fan of the Enhance Video and it's the main reason I use BT.

What a night of football - 22 goals so far. Unfortunately no way of keeping track of them with the enhanced player being unavailable (for a long time now). This is a bitter disappointment. Can I safely assume I will be credited for this major and enduring degrading of the BT Sport service?
