No BT Sport Ultimate on Fire Stick

Is there a reason why tonight's premiership rugby isn't available on Ultimate on my Fire Stick? The device checker says 4K is not available for some reason. Is this a current issue with the Fire Stick?

Ultimate is fully enabled on Fire TV at the moment - there should be no reason for Device Checker to say it's not available unless there's a problem with your account or setup. In which rows do you see crosses?

I get a cross under 4K in the devices row, everything else is ticked. My TV is compatible and have tried a restart of the Fire Stick. Has worked previously so not sure why it no longer works.

After having a proper look I've realised it was my Fire Stick that was the issue and not the BT Sport app.
