BT Sport app not working

My BT sport app on my 4K firestick is not working. It was working fine but the audio was out of sync so I restarted my firestick as per advice on here but now the app will not load.

It gets to the 3 dots bouncing on the bottom but won’t get to the log in screen. I’ve uninstalled and re installed it several times but nothing works.

Any ideas?

Hi @Thirlbs1980, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are having a problem with the BT Sport app on your Firestick.

If you are still experiencing this problem have a look at BT Sport Help and see if that helps you fix this.
If it doesn't resolve the problem would you check that you can access the BT Sport app ok on another device?

I have tried all the help I could see on here and it works fine on my phone, tv app and Xbox app but just not on the firestick.

I want to run it off the firestick as that is hardwired.
