Problems with picture from BT Sport.

Hello,

I have a DTR 2100 you view box and it works fine, but find that when watching back recordings from BT Sport on my box find that when I fast forward the recording the picture starts off fine then goes pixelated, have spoke to BT they have done all the checks on the line and everything is fine, I have BT Super fast broadband and has the new BT smart hub 2 router.

Any help would be appreciated

Does it affect live TV or any other recordings or just BT Sport recordings?

You mention the problem is when fast forwarding . Does the problem exist when you revert to playing at normal speed?

Hello,

the problem only happens on recordings on BT Sport and not live TV.
