      <title>BT sport app - log in error on Firestick</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I am unable to log in to the BT sport app on my Amazon Firestick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I enter my log in details I get the following error message "sorry there is a problem - please try again - code ID153"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already tried changing my password which didn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the BT sport app which didn't work. I have also tried logging into my BT sport account on a 2nd Firestick and received the same error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know my log in credentials are ok as I can log into the BT sport app on my android phone with no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help - thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
