      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have two issues with my BT sport app if anyone can help:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On all devices it says I need to upgrade my package despite paying 25 pounds a month as I apparently have a lite package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly, on my PS5 it is also saying that I don't have a package when one is clearly showing on my bills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/296738"&gt;@JTaft98&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I'm really sorry to see you're having problems accessing the BT Sport app, are you getting an error code? If so is it&amp;nbsp;ID153, I've seen recommendations today to restart your broadband router which should sort that.&lt;/P&gt;
