The Roku keyboard for the password entry has 2 types of ^ characters. I have this character in my password. I tried the other and it worked. I recently changed my BT ID password which was fine. I logged straight back in via browser/BT Sport phone app with no issue but the Roku app on the TV will not accept the new password. I've tried a couple of variations just in case but no joy. Can anyone assist?
