Unable to watch my sky sports recordings

I have the Big Sports package and have recorded a number of football matches from the Sky channels, i have watched these a number of times but suddenly today i keep getting a message saying- this channel is unavailable to access- when i try to watch a recording.

Can anyone help?

How old are the recordings ? You mention havng the Big Sport package , were these recordings made whilst you had that package ? (just checking that these aren't old Sky Sports Main Event recordings from an earlier BT TV package.)

Hi, @zulu17 yes the recording were all made this season on Big Sport. But having done some more digging it seems to have rectified itself. This is on the BT site.

I went to the BT player but didn't get any error messages and i was able to watch an old match, when i went back to my recordings i could watch them all.

Strange. I am thinking now it was just a blip in the system.
