    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to cast from the BT sport app. When I attempt to cast, I see this error: 'sorry your subscription does not allow casting. Check out bt.com/sport/buy for options (VC550)'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a big sport subscriber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I be able to cast from the BT sport app? I have checked this link and I cannot see an explicit mention of how to enable casting on BT sport. I have recently resubscribed to big sport and I remember I was able to cast in the past from the BT sport app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>That message would appear if the subscription you're logged into the app with was the free one included with a BT Mobile subscription. Do you have any other BT IDs set up? If not, then send me a DM with the BT ID you're using and your BT account number and I'll check it out.</description>
