BT SPORT APP

I had been using the app on a chromebook but uninstalled it and downloaded it on to a new windows 10 all i am getting is access to the main channels, no interactive content, no toolbar with all of the other options, how can i get the full version.

There is no full version for Windows 10 - the app only offers live channels. It's a legacy app, and no longer supported.

You'll get the full experience by going to www.bt.com/sport in a web browser.

if i upgrade to windows 11 will it work properly then

The web still offers the best experience. There are no plans to offer an updated app for any version of Windows.
