If you have the BT Sport app installed but can't see the Chromecast icon in the top right corner of the app then:
1. Check that you're connected to the same wifi network as your Chromecast.
2. Check the Chromecast is turned on and connected to the wifi
3. If it still doesn't appear then reboot your phone, router, and anything in between (e.g. wifi repeaters, network switches, etc).

One other thing to check: that you have a Chromecast device, or Chromecast compatible Android TV. It must be an official Google device, not a clone or just a TV that supports "casting" (which is not the same as Chromecast).
