    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/128692"&gt;@NeilO&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to expand the error as I do not have a talk talk router. I run a mobile EE sim card in a mobile sim based router so the error is wider than you mention. Also it was noted above that this has been an outstanding errror for over 1 year and still remains unfixed. The fact that my samsung tv works on my phone ( 3 ) hotspotted makes the failure to work over my mobile EE odd in that they are both delivered my mobile 4g technology so odd that one works and one doesnt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The odd thing is for 1+ years my setup using samsung tv and my ee mobile sim has worked fine - it has only gone off over the last month i would estimate - maybe the bt sport app devs should review recent changes made to the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also the fact that using a roku stick over my network which works with the samsung tv does seem to point at bt app as being at fault allbeit that live tv streaming works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you explain how live tv works and catchup doesn't as this is the key point - how do you deliver catchup content? Seem to me that that infrastructure is blocking or not connecting properly within the bt app - is it not possible to trace and track a login to actually see where it fails.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Samsung smart TV and I can play the channels on at that moment but everything else I try to watch comes up with the error code. I don't have a PlayStation or anything &amp;amp; other apps are working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help as I'm pulling my hair out missing everything&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're able to watch live TV but the clips/highlights are all failing then it sounds like you're either unable to contact (or are being blocked from contacting) our on-demand video service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The simplest thing to check first would be a reboot of your TV, your internet router, and anything in between (e.g. wifi extenders, powerline adapters, etc).&amp;nbsp; Let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have same issue on brand new Smart 4k QLED Samsung TV.&amp;nbsp; I can play Live streams but on anything else I get VC019 error.&amp;nbsp; I've checked settings all is fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Wifi/router is fine as all BT sport streams work fine on my Android phone &amp;amp; Windows Laptop.&amp;nbsp; Strangely enough, I have another 3 year old Smart Samsung TV in another room that again all streams works fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What is the problem?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Afraid not.&amp;nbsp; In my experience, definitely BT Sport App issue that BT need to resolve.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my new Samsung TV with the BT Sport App, I can watch Live streams but nothing else.&amp;nbsp; On the same TV with its internet browser,&amp;nbsp; I can watch Live &amp;amp; On-demand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I can watch everything on every other device on Windows/Android/IoS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This suggests BT Sport App new to update play-back software compatible with new Samsung TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>For the app to even appear in the app store, it needs to go through certification from Samsung. Our app has been certified for all Samsung TVs from 2015 to 2022. It's not affecting all customers, so we need to try to find what's causing it for you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking back over the forums it’s been reported since 2020. Mines a 2021 model Samsung, is it down to a codec that the Samsung tvs can’t decodec during the playback? It’s an odd issue I’ll give you that, you would assume it would effect both streams. Ive just noticed even on the short stories you get the same error&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm just back from holiday&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300225"&gt;@collings99&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to find an email saying that we do finally have some progress on this issue.&amp;nbsp; We have an update scheduled to go into internal trials next week, which should hopefully resolve this issue (or if not resolve, it should at least start giving us meaningful explanations for the failure).&amp;nbsp; Assuming internal trials go well, I'd hope to see it released within the next few weeks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the trickplay preview - there's no option to turn it on, but it may possibly be something that we can enable in a future update as a result of the work we're doing to fix the VC019 issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
