      <title>SKYSPORT APP - ROKU LOG-IN NOT WORKING</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t log into BT app on my roku device. I’m getting a ID106 error. I’ve reset my password and checked everything has been input correctly, still doesn’t work. Both app and OS are up-to-date. I was hoping to buy a sports pass and watch the game tonight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also tried using the BT chat help which has wasted an hour of my life asking pointless questions that have no relevance to loggin in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ID106 usually means your device failed to connect to our authentication server.&amp;nbsp; First thing to try would be a reboot of your router, just to see if that fixes it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't currently have a subscription, then I'd expect you to see ID003 or an upgrade message when trying to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After buying a Monthly sports pass I was unable to watch BT sport on x3 different devices. After trying your web chat, getting some help from the forum and eventually phoning, my issue was no nearer to being fixed and I'd wasted nearly two hours trying to get it to work. And after all that I'm going to miss tonight's game.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a technology company no one I spoke to seemed to have any technical knowledge, just going through the script. On the web chat in particular non of the questions had any reference to me not being able to log into my account on two of the devices (roku/windows app).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also got to wait up to 14 days for my refund to come through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To top it all I also can’t seem to make a complaint online as that doesn’t seem to work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can call BT to make a complaint and do it online.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are having a problem making the complaint on line perhaps if you state how it is not working you may be able to get some help from forum members.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do decide to do that you should include what device you are using to make the complaint and what method you are using to access the online complaints procedure.&lt;/P&gt;

I wish I'd told you earlier - if you were going to buy a monthly pass, definitely DON'T do it with your existing BT ID as there's almost certainly something wrong with it.&amp;nbsp; Too late now though.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I checked with the dev lead before I signed off, and unfortunately there's nothing else we can get from the Roku logs - they are very basic, so we cannot tell why your device doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I've suggested to her that we improve the logging in a future update so that we can tell exactly what is causing this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it does prove to be an account issue then that's something I can definitely fix, if that's what you want - if it's too late for you, then that's also fine.&amp;nbsp; If you'd like me to take a look, please &lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/255971" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;send me a DM&lt;/A&gt; with the BT ID you're trying to sign in with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
