I believe that EE customers who have the mobile app as part of their package can upgrade to the full app for £5pm. That upgrade path seems to be via EE. Is this option available to BT mobile customers who also have the mobile app included? If so how is it ordered?

Thanks.

Seems a rather bizarre business decision to allow the EE brand access to a BT branded upgrade that is denied to actual BT customers. The mechanism obviously exists to upgrade, so hard to comprehend the thinking. But then much of what BT do leaves me scratching my head!
