Unable to cancel my BT sport monthly pass

I have been trying for weeks to cancel my BT sport monthly pass. After I press cancel I get a red message saying something has gone wrong, sorry the cancellation has not been successful. Please try again later. Is there any solution to this?

@NeilO / @DanielS I have the exact same problem.

I have tried to resolve through the general online chat function but they do not appear able to help. Are you able to assist please.
