Cancel BT engineer visit

I can’t see how to cancel my BT engineer visit on Thursday 7 April eta 12-3 pm. When I click on to more information the page is blank and it says request failed.

I only simply made an order to cancel the Box Nation add on as I don’t use it. There’s no need for the engineer to call but it automatically came up on my order and wouldn’t let me complete it until I’d ticked the engineer box.

Your post here does not go to BT, this is just a public forum so it would be best to edit out your order reference as it can be seen all over the world.
