PS5 and X-box series X on BT

Alongside Game, BT have also announced that they will have some launch day stock of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, with the caveat that it is available exclusively for BT broadband and EE mobile customers.

BT customers will have to log into their MyBT account to spot the offer, with consoles and a range of accessories to be made available, while EE customers have the option to throw the cost of the their next-gen console on top of their existing mobile contracts, paying through 11 interest-free instalments with the Add to Plan service.

Is this offer still available?

After logging in I cannot find any details about the Xbox Series X.

I have tried speaking to customer service and just get passed round in circles.

I was given a number for the “specialist team” but this just takes me to a recorded message saying the number isn’t in use today!

I have tried everything I can think of over the last couple of days but am getting nowhere!

Thanks for the feedback, however there has never been anything showing up on MY BT (apparently that’s where the info/order page for existing customers was).

I spent two days looking and trying to get a link to order! (10th&11th) Only to miss out.

Is there a specific link for the correct part of MY BT? So I can make sure I can get the link next time.

Hi, I may have totally got the wrong end of the stick with this, but I read an article online that BT will be offering their customers the chance of purchasing the Xbox Series X?

@Katiestrachan12 is that confirmed because I read earlier that payment plans are on EE and the article seemed to suggest that they weren't on BT...

Payment plans EE and pay or plans on BT. They sold out within the hour.
