    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I added prime video to my big sports package over the phone and the person said it would work today. But I have no idea how to get it to work as I didn't mention my email and so there is no activation link. Should it just work without it or do I need to do something else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Would you check your online account via &lt;A href="http://www.bt.com/mybt" target="_blank"&gt;MyBT&lt;/A&gt; and confirm that the order was placed ok and has completed.&lt;BR /&gt;
