Bt Sport Box Office refund

Bought Mike Tyson event from BT Sport Box office. Cancelled event with Box office support 6 hours before it started but they still took money out my account even though never watched. Spoke to Box office next day who advised I was due a refund. No refund all week. Box office then had an automated message they were closed. Tried each day still closed, rang customer services, e mailed Box office support and contacted a BT CEO. Passed to resolution team and after 19 days still no refund and still not resolved. I just want my money back and getting frustrated - any advice ???
