NOW TV and password

I am unable to access my now TV account on any decvice apart from the BT youview box. I wanted to watch it on my laptop this evening and didn't know my password so selected 'forgotten password' and send email link but I never receive it in my inbox. I have tried a few times in the past too. How do I find out what the password is or how to change it please? I know the username is correct.

Have you checked your email spam folder? And on the BT Youview box checked what email address your Now TV account is using?

Yeah, I've checked spam. Resent the request a few times over the last few weeks and nothing. Yup, the correct email. Totally baffled.

Hi @kirsteen welcome to the community, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your NowTV password. Did you follow the NowTV app setup process from the link in your order confirmation email when the service was initially ordered?

Yes, this was in Feb and I accessed the email and clicked through on the link and the same problem. It never sent an email for me to reset my password. We've not used NOW TV on any devices for almost a year because of this problem. Would love some help please.
