BTP-15000 & BTP-15990 error codes

I'm new here. I'm getting a message saying "We can see you aren't a BT TV customer" along with error codes BTP-15000 & BTP-15990. I've seen that Moderators are responding and appear to be able to fix the problem. Anyone here that can help?
