&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the problems you're having watching Now TV content on the app when you're out and about. I understand that you've recently ordered the service.&amp;nbsp; On the order confirmation email, there will be a link to take you through to Now TV's website to create a password.&amp;nbsp; Can you check all you email folders to make sure you definitely haven't received it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Post back and let me know how you get on.&amp;nbsp; If you're still having bother we'll be about to lend a hand.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>NOW TV - unable to register on app</title>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have recently registered for the entertainment package in Now TV and Sky channels.&amp;nbsp; I do not appear to be receiving the newest/current programs on the Sky channels just older box sets and I cannot log into Now TV even though I have an option button to register on my bt.&amp;nbsp; When i press the button to register it seems to take me to the option to reset my password but when i enter my email i receive nothing.&amp;nbsp; I am registered with a bt email address. Can anyone help this is really frustrating. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
