NOW TV - unable to register on app

I have recently registered for the entertainment package in Now TV and Sky channels. I do not appear to be receiving the newest/current programs on the Sky channels just older box sets and I cannot log into Now TV even though I have an option button to register on my bt. When i press the button to register it seems to take me to the option to reset my password but when i enter my email i receive nothing. I am registered with a bt email address. Can anyone help this is really frustrating. Thanks

I'm sorry for the problems you're having watching Now TV content on the app when you're out and about. I understand that you've recently ordered the service. On the order confirmation email, there will be a link to take you through to Now TV's website to create a password. Can you check all you email folders to make sure you definitely haven't received it?
