    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting the BTP-115c error message and a message of IPC 6017 for individual channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My order email said to go to Now TV to register for that as part of package but it doesn’t recognize the email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sorry you are getting these error coded when trying to watch some channels. Have a look at &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/fix-your-bt-error-code-problem?adobe_mc_sdid=SDID%3D72FF78FA4D33DD36-47E471992B7C783C%7CMCORGID%3D0AA54673527831890A490D45%40AdobeOrg%7CTS%3D1612689690&amp;amp;adobe_mc_ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F" target="_blank"&gt;Fix BT TV Errors &lt;/A&gt;and see if that helps fix things for you.&lt;BR /&gt;
If not post back and let us know if you are connected via Ethernet or adapters and what BT TV package you have and some of the channels affected.&lt;/P&gt;
