    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Broadband/TV/Mobile Phone package with BT and yesterday I applied online to have the Netflix add-on to BTtv.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The setup instructions are not clear; I assume I have got to go to the Netflix website to set up an account, but Netflix are asking for payment instructions.&amp;nbsp; How does Netflix know I have set this up using BT tv and am paying through BT?&amp;nbsp; Or perhaps I am supposed to do the setting-up part using my television freeview box, but the BT confirmation email doesn't say doesn't say.&amp;nbsp; It's all very vague!&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
